GREAT Creative IS felt first and understood second.
Hi, I’m Mattia—though most people here call me Matt. I grew up in Rome, surrounded by art, history, and design, which shaped the way I think about brands: they should make people feel something.
I believe design is the closest thing to art in the professional world. It has the power to move people, shape culture, and drive meaningful impact. I thrive on evolving ideas that start small and raw, into something meaningful and enduring.
I began my journey in New York’s agency world, learning how to shape narratives and rebrands for global brands. Over time, I moved in-house, where I found purpose in building creative teams, setting vision, and helping translate marketing strategy into brand systems and initiatives that connect across platforms and communities.
Beyond the work itself, I care deeply about the people who create it. I believe the strongest brands are built in environments rooted in trust, curiosity, and shared ambition, where teams feel empowered to push boundaries and grow together.
When I’m not designing, I’m usually home cooking Roman food, or out capturing moments behind my camera that remind me why storytelling matters in the first place.

I love every stage of the creative process: from the first rough idea to the final polish. I lead from within, not above, working alongside my team to remove roadblocks, provide clarity, and raise the bar where it matters.
I believe ideas are fragile in their early stages. They need space, encouragement, and thoughtful critique. I create room for open conversation and collective thinking, and I protect the spark when it appears.
Every creative is different. I meet people where they are, because growth doesn’t happen the same way twice. I celebrate loudly, give thoughtful feedback, and always lead with empathy, curiosity, and care.
